Olympic Weightlifting Workshop
This one day workshop is designed for those brand new to Olympic Weightlifting, beginner weightlifters, and those looking to incorporate the Olympic lifts as part of their sports strength and conditioning programs.
The day will be ran by Coach Joe McKale of JMK Strength and Conditioning. Joe is a BWL qualified coach and head Weightlifting Coach for Taylors Strength Training and the University of Liverpool.
10:30-12:00 Snatch technique
12:00-13:00 Lunch break
13:00-14:30 Clean & Jerk technique
14:30-14:45 Coffee Break
