what is it?

Online coaching is a remote programming experience for athletes, where lifters will follow up to 4 sessions per week following a 12 week training cycle.

 

The team programme experience is app-based making you accountable to log your session, share your progress with team mates, and get stronger! 

 

Each week, 4 sessions will be delivered to the training app for you to complete as you work your way through each cycle of training.

who can do it?

Our online coaching is for anyone who needs it! We have 3 programmes available, from new starters to more experienced lifters, and veteran athletes.

 

Each programme will be relevant to experience level, your ability to recover, and your skill level in the power lifts.

the benefitS?

Apart from getting strong as hell? You’ll become more accountable and consistent as each week you receive your sessions and your team begins to complete each workout.

 

No more guess work, we’ve been trying and testing our programming with real lifters since 2013. They work, ask our European Powerlifting Champions yourself…

 

Apart from getting strong, you’ll pack on muscle and become more explosive as each training cycle is compromised of micro-cycles where we have a different goal and focus.

Coach Danny has over 10 years experience coaching athletes from casual lifters to European Champions, he will oversee your online coaching experience

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?

Absolutely not, we have complete beginners to experienced lifters taking part in our online coaching

CAN GIRLS DO IT?

You should know the strongest person in our ranks pound for pound is a girl! So, YES!

HOW LONG DOES A TRAINING CYCLE LAST?

12 weeks typically, which is compromised of 3 four-week micro cycles of training

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY PROGRAMME STARTS?

Once you're signed up you'll receive a welcome email with all the information you need to get started, including an invite to our training app

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE TRAINING CYCLE ENDS?

A new cycle begins! You can drop-out at any point but we recommend seeing a full 12 weeks through to see the results.

HOW DOES THE DIRECT DEBIT WORK?

When we take the first payment you'll be required to set up a mandate with us for future payments. All payments after the initial payment automatically renew on the 12th of each month

IS THERE A CONTRACT? HOW DO I CANCEL?

No contracts! You can simply cancel your direct debit through your bank at any time or contact membership@taylorsstrength.co.uk and we'll do it for you

DO I NEED CERTAIN EQUIPMENT?

You literally need a barbell, plates, and somewhere to squat, bench and deadlift! No specialist kit required

CAN I USE THIS PROGRAMME TO PREPARE FOR COMPETITIONS?

Yes, the goal of each training cycle is to increase the 1RM in the squat, bench and deadlift by the end of the 12 weeks

I HAVE ZERO LIFTING EXPERIENCE, SHOULD I STILL TRY THIS?

Hold off until you can perform the big 3 lifts safely. Email me danny@taylorsstrength.co.uk and I'll recommend a local coach who can help you with this

Bio:
Danny has been an integral part of Taylor's since the very beginning, having played a huge part in the way of our high standard of coaching, and always striving to help the business improve.

As well as being the right-hand of Taylor's Strength, Danny has pursued a career in sports massage therapy and currently studying to become a fully qualified physiotherapist. This, alongside his wealth of experience in multiple aspects of training makes Danny our absolute go-to guy for preventing injury in our athletes and aiding those with their rehabilitation.
