Online coaching is a remote programming experience for athletes, where lifters will follow up to 4 sessions per week following a 12 week training cycle.
The team programme experience is app-based making you accountable to log your session, share your progress with team mates, and get stronger!
Each week, 4 sessions will be delivered to the training app for you to complete as you work your way through each cycle of training.
Our online coaching is for anyone who needs it! We have 3 programmes available, from new starters to more experienced lifters, and veteran athletes.
Each programme will be relevant to experience level, your ability to recover, and your skill level in the power lifts.
Apart from getting strong as hell? You’ll become more accountable and consistent as each week you receive your sessions and your team begins to complete each workout.
